Hi, I have a cute story to share with you.
Last night my daughter Megan and I were home by ourselves. Molly our pet rat, was snuggled in the back of my sweater while I watched TV. Then the phone rings, my other daughter is on her way back from a basketball game on the school bus and I had to pick her up in 20 minutes. Oh great, I have just enough time to pick up my pictures at CVS and grab her.
Well tell Molly that, she did not want to come out so I said, "OK, let's go for a ride, just be sure you hide Molly." I put my jacket on and a big huge scarf that goes around my neck like 3 times. My hair was down so that gave her more camouflage. Megan thought this was hilarious. I guess I always was a bit of a rebel. So Molly went for a ride. She likes the car it's nice and warm.
We cover her up again before we go into the store. Good, no one in sight. Finally a sales clerk shows up and we are paying for our pictures and a customer stands right behind me. Molly must have smelled something because out pops her bright white head. Megan is trying to pat her back down with my hair. I'm trying not to look guilty. (I can't play poker either.) I'm trying to get out of there as fast as I can. The lady behind me is looking at my hair trying to figure out what she is seeing. And all Molly wants to do is get a good sniff of the place. Megan and I just laughed all the way to school to pick up her sister. I won't be going back there for a while. LOL
